I researched most of them and narrowed my search down to 3 companies and upon further research decided to utilize Green Van Lines moving services after a long conversation with the sales rep. He was very helpful and gave me an honest quote. He also informed me of hidden fees that I could incur which I was not told by most of the other companies. They picked me up on time weighed the truck and gave me the weight tickets,inventoried everything. They told me 4-8 days and then the driver called me and said it would actually be 9 which actually worked out better for us. The price was dead on and everyone was awesome and courteous. I filled out an online request in Green Van Lines and was contacted by the mover shortly thereafter. They were very polite and professional and quoted me a pretty good price for my move. The movers were quick and careful and asked me to follow them to the weight station for checking the weight to confirm it was accurate. The weight was 260 lbs over, so my price went up $130.00 which wasn\'t so bad as I was prepared for alot more. Everything was delivered in the same condition and I would recommend.

The rep walked me through every detail from start to finish and even informed me about storage fees, which many companies say is included in your quote for \"FREE\", but the re-delivery fee is where they get you at the end. Although pick up time was 1 hr late from the original time set up by the driver due to unforeseen issues my relocation went smoothly. I just recently moved from Verona, NJ to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I was a basket case throughout the mover picking process because everybody I spoke to had some BBB complaints and the fact is that you never know what you are really getting. I contacted someone at Green Van Lines. He was very through in explaining the whole moving process with his company and we went over a very detailed inventory list (he told me it was important to spend the time so that there would be no added charges). We completed everything and i awaited for my pickup date. I was called prior to pickup to give me their arrival notice. They arrived and moved all of my things to my surprise very carefully (i paid for the packing and wrapping).

The Green Movers arrived early and the supervisor immediately walked through our house to see what was entailed with our move. He then set up teams to move certain items or to wrap our furniture with their movers blankets. They moved all the rooms plus the basement and outdoor furniture carefully. They asked questions when necessary including unloading the truck as to where certain items should go when they were unsure so later we were not looking through every box to find that lost item.
